Dining
- 1. Fresh Meals: Providing healthy and fresh meals for all guests.
- 2. Special Dietary Needs: Accommodating special dietary requirements with advance notice.
- 3. Meal Times: Serving meals within allotted time frames.
- 4. Food Allergies: Taking necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination and ensure guest safety.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Children Policy
- Our retreats are designed for adults; children under 18 are not permitted to ensure a focused and distraction-free environment.
Special Requests
Please notify us of any special requests, such as:
- 1. Mobility Needs
- 2. Medical Conditions
- 3. Accessibility Requirements
at least 30 days prior to arrival to ensure necessary arrangements.
Reservation Policies
- 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- 2. Full Payment: Full payment is due 30 days before arrival.
- 3. Cancellation Fees: Applying cancellation fees according to our refund policies
Payment Policies
We accept:
- 1. Cash App
- 2. Zelle
- 3. PayPal (3% processing fee applies
- 4. Bank Transfers
Note: A 3% processing fee applies to all payments.
Refund Policies
- 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable.
- 2. Cancellation 30+ Days: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a 50% refund.
- 3. Cancellation Less Than 30 Days: Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival receive no refund.
Cancellation Policies
We reserve the right to cancel or modify programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
Liability
We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the retreat, including:
- 1. Personal Injuries
- 2. Property Damage
- 3. Loss or Theft
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by force majeure events, including:
- 1. Natural Disasters
- 2. Government Restrictions
- 3. Pandemics or Epidemics
- 4. Acts of Terrorism or War
- 5. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund, subject to our refund policies.
